Course Overview

The 6-year General Medicine (MBBS equivalent) program at I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University is designed around an integrated medical education model that combines biomedical sciences with continuous clinical training from the early years. Students begin by studying anatomy, physiology, histology, biochemistry, genetics, and medical informatics before advancing into organ-system pathology and disease management.
