Course Overview

The MSc Health Psychology examines how psychological, behavioural, and social factors influence physical health, illness, and wellbeing. Students study behavioural medicine, psychological interventions, health promotion, research methods, and public health while developing scientific research and evidence-based practice skills.

The programme prepares graduates for careers in healthcare, behavioural research, health promotion, public health organizations, and doctoral training in psychology.

Entry Requirements

  • Academic Records: Recognized bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 88, PTE Academic 61, or equivalent.
  • Academic Background: Psychology background is required; eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) may be preferred.
  • Application Materials: Bachelor’s transcripts, CV/resume, personal statement, academic reference(s), and passport copy.
  • Additional Requirements: Relevant research or healthcare experience is beneficial but not compulsory.
