Course Overview
The MBChB Graduate Entry Medicine programme is an intensive 4-year course designed exclusively for graduates. Students undertake accelerated medical training using problem-based learning, simulation and extensive NHS clinical placements.
The curriculum emphasizes research, professionalism and multidisciplinary healthcare. Graduates are prepared for Foundation Training and advanced clinical careers.
Entry Requirements
- Graduate Entry Medicine only. Applicants must hold a minimum UK 2:1 Honours Bachelor degree (or international equivalent). Standard XII (10+2) alone is not accepted for entry to the MB ChB programme.
- Entrance Exam: University Clinical Aptitude Test ( UCAT )required + Qualified NEET-UG scorecard required for Indian candidates under NMC rules.
- Language & Interview: IELTS 7.0 overall (min 6.5 in all bands) + Selection MMI interview.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years of age at course start.
- Health & Clearance: Occupational Health clearance, Enhanced DBS check, valid passport, and academic credentials.
