Course Overview
The MBChB programme is delivered in partnership with the University of Nottingham and emphasizes integrated clinical learning from the beginning of the course. Students combine biomedical sciences with case-based teaching, anatomy, and simulation training.
Clinical placements take place across NHS hospitals and community settings in Lincolnshire. The programme prepares graduates for Foundation Training with a strong focus on patient-centred care and teamwork.
Entry Requirements
- Indian Standard XII qualifications alone are not accepted for direct entry to Medicine. Applicants must hold qualifications recognised by the University as equivalent to the required UK A Level standard for Medicine.
- Entrance Exam: University Clinical Aptitude Test ( UCAT )score required + Qualified NEET-UG scorecard required for Indian students per NMC rules.
- Language & Interview: IELTS 7.5 overall (min 7.0 in all bands) + MMI interview.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years of age by 1st October of entry year.
- Health & Clearance: Occupational Health assessment, Enhanced DBS check, academic transcripts, and valid passport.
