Located in Rupandehi, Devdaha Medical College provides a student-focused MBBS program affiliated with Kathmandu University. The curriculum begins with foundational preclinical coursework in human anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, and pharmacology, combined with small-group tutorials and Problem-Based Learning (PBL).
Clinical clerkships are conducted within its 300+ bed teaching hospital, where students rotate through internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and emergency care. DMC emphasizes close faculty mentorship, community health field visits, and a compulsory 12-month rotating internship to build practical clinical competence.
