Entry Requirements

• 90+ semester hours at an accredited US college required.
• MCAT required (502+ target); TOEFL iBT for foreign degrees.
• 1 semester Math/Stats; Bio (8 Credit Hours), Gen Chem (8 Credit Hours), Org Chem (8 Credit Hours), Physics (8 Credit Hours), English (6 Credit Hours).
• Admission is limited to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders). The medical school has a strong institutional mission to serve Oklahoma and Native American communities, particularly Cherokee Nation applicants. The institution does not sponsor F-1 student visas, making international applicants ineligible for admission.
• Applicants applying through the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service (AACOMAS) should submit either a Pre-Health Committee Letter Packet from their undergraduate institution or three individual Letters of Recommendation (LORs). A recommendation letter from a licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) is recommended to demonstrate clinical exposure and strengthen the application, although it is not mandatory.
