Entry Requirements

• 90+ undergraduate semester hours at an accredited US college required.
• MCAT required (512+ target); TOEFL iBT for foreign degrees.
• 3 Credit Hours Stats; Bio (14 Credit Hours), Gen Chem (8 Credit Hours), Org Chem (8 Credit Hours), Biochem (3 Credit Hours), Physics (8 Credit Hours).
• Only U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible for admission. As a TMDSAS-participating institution, the medical school does not provide an admissions pathway for applicants requiring F-1 student visas.
• Applicants applying through the Texas Medical & Dental Schools Application Service (TMDSAS) should provide either a Pre-Health Committee Letter Packet or three individual Letters of Recommendation (LORs) from academic faculty or professional references who can objectively evaluate the applicant’s qualifications and preparedness for medical education.
