Course Overview
The MSc in International Business and Law integrates business management with international legal principles to prepare graduates for leadership roles in the global commercial environment. Students study international business strategy, commercial law, corporate governance, contract law, international trade, regulatory compliance, and business ethics through applied learning and case-based analysis.
The programme develops the ability to evaluate legal and commercial risks while supporting effective business decision-making across jurisdictions. Students strengthen research, negotiation, and strategic management skills relevant to multinational organizations. Graduates are prepared for careers in international business, corporate compliance, legal consultancy, trade organizations, and multinational enterprises.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized Level 8 bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or combined disciplines (minimum 55% or 3.0 GPA).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 88, PTE 58, or Duolingo 115.
- Commercial law and business theory background check.
- Updated CV/resume, official university transcripts, statement of purpose, and two recommendation letters.
- Academic transcript module mapping and credential evaluation.
