Course Overview
The MSc Human Resource Management develops advanced knowledge of workforce management, organizational behaviour, employee relations, and strategic human resource planning. Students explore recruitment, performance management, employment law, leadership, learning and development, diversity management, and organizational change through practical case studies and applied research.
The programme strengthens communication, negotiation, and leadership skills required to manage people effectively in dynamic business environments. Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Social Sciences (minimum 55% or a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 89, PTE 58, or Duolingo 120.
- Professional HR experience check or academic background evaluation.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
