Course Overview
The MB BCh BAO programme is a 5-year undergraduate medical degree integrating biomedical sciences with comprehensive clinical education. Students receive practical training in modern simulation centres and affiliated teaching hospitals.
The curriculum promotes evidence-based medicine, research and patient-centred care. Graduates are eligible for Foundation Training and postgraduate medical education.
Entry Requirements
- A Levels: AAA including Chemistry and Biology. Queen’s accepts international qualifications assessed as equivalent to its published Medicine entry standard. India-specific Medicine equivalencies are determined according to the University’s official international admissions policy.
- Entrance Exam: University Clinical Aptitude Test ( UCAT )required + Qualified NEET-UG scorecard required for Indian citizens as per NMC rules.
- Language & Interview: IELTS 7.5 overall (min 7.0 in speaking, 6.5 in others) + MMI interview.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be 18 years of age by 1st October of the entry year.
- Health & Clearance: Medical fitness certification, DBS check, valid passport, and academic transcripts.
