Course Overview
The Master of Science (Human Resource Management) equips students with the knowledge and practical skills required to manage people effectively in today’s dynamic workplace. The programme explores talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational behaviour, employment law, performance management, and leadership development. Students examine how strategic human resource practices contribute to organizational success while learning to address workplace challenges through evidence-based decision-making.
Real-world case studies, collaborative projects, and professional development activities strengthen communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Graduates are prepared for careers in human resource management, recruitment, learning and development, organizational consulting, and employee relations across diverse industries.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field (minimum 55% or 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in each band), TOEFL iBT 88, PTE 61, or Duolingo 110.
- Work experience evaluation or academic interview for non-business graduates.
- Professional CV/resume, university marksheets, statement of purpose, and two letters of recommendation.
- Applicants must satisfy programme-specific academic eligibility, and for postgraduate programmes hold a recognised Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Honours Grade 1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Some programmes may also require relevant work experience, an interview, or a portfolio where specified.
