Course Overview
The Master of Commercial Law develops advanced expertise in the legal principles governing commercial transactions, corporate operations, and international business activities. Students study contract law, corporate law, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, international trade, intellectual property, and dispute resolution while strengthening analytical and negotiation skills.
The curriculum focuses on the legal and regulatory challenges faced by modern businesses operating in domestic and global markets. Practical case studies enable students to apply legal reasoning to complex commercial scenarios. Graduates are prepared for careers in corporate legal practice, business consulting, regulatory agencies, and multinational corporations.
Entry Requirements
- Academic Records: Recognized law degree (LLB/JD) or related degree with significant legal studies and a 65%+ WAM.
- English Proficiency: IELTS 7.0 overall (minimum 7.0 in writing, 6.0 in other sub-scores), PTE 65.
- Prerequisites / Knowledge: Background in corporate law, contract principles, or commercial governance.
