Course Overview
The LLM Marine and Maritime Law develops specialist expertise in the legal frameworks governing oceans, shipping, and marine activities. Students study maritime regulation, shipping contracts, marine insurance, international maritime conventions, environmental protection, and dispute resolution through advanced legal research and case analysis.

Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or law-heavy degree (minimum 60% or 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Maritime law focus review and legal background check.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
