Course Overview
The LLM Environmental and Natural Resources Law provides advanced legal knowledge of environmental regulation, sustainability, and natural resource governance. Students study environmental legislation, climate change law, biodiversity protection, energy regulation, sustainable development, international environmental agreements, and natural resource management through research-led learning.
The programme develops critical legal analysis and policy evaluation skills required to address global environmental challenges. Students examine the relationship between law, environmental protection, and sustainable development. Graduates are prepared for careers in environmental law, government policy, regulatory bodies, international organizations, and environmental consultancy.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or law-heavy degree (minimum 60% or 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Environmental law background review or relevant legal profile assessment.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
