Course Overview
The BCL (Hons) Law and Business combines legal studies with business education to prepare students for careers requiring expertise in both commercial operations and legal frameworks. Students study contract law, company law, commercial law, business management, finance, economics, governance, and entrepreneurship through interdisciplinary learning.
The programme develops analytical reasoning, commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and strategic decision-making abilities. Students gain an understanding of how legal principles influence business operations in national and international contexts. Graduates are prepared for careers in corporate law, compliance, business consultancy, financial services, management, and postgraduate legal study.
Entry Requirements
- Completion of 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum aggregate of 80% including English and Mathematics.
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Interdisciplinary profile evaluation and legal/business background review.
- Certified 10 + 2 mark sheets, official transcripts, statement of purpose, and academic recommendation letters.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
