George Brown College’s Bachelor of Technology (Construction Management) delivers degree-level education in civil construction engineering, building information modeling (BIM), estimating, and project scheduling. Students study structural systems, legal aspects of construction, site safety, and sustainable building practices.
The program features paid co-op work terms connecting students with Toronto’s booming construction and real estate development sectors. Applied studio projects simulate multi-disciplinary construction management workflows. Graduates are prepared to manage large-scale commercial, residential, and civil infrastructure projects.
Entry Requirements
- OSSD with 6 Grade 12 U/M courses and a minimum overall average
- Grade 12 Academic English (ENG4U, minimum 65%)
- Grade 12 Mathematics (Advanced Functions or Calculus & Vectors, minimum 65%)
- Four additional Grade 12 U or M academic courses
- Proof of English Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) or TOEFL iBT 88
