The Bachelor of Health – Exercise and Sport Nutrition at the University of Canterbury combines nutrition science with exercise physiology to support health and athletic performance. Students study sports nutrition, metabolism, exercise physiology, nutritional assessment, dietary planning, health promotion, and performance optimisation.
Laboratory work and practical projects develop evidence-based skills in nutritional evaluation and exercise support.
