Course Overview
Ontario Tech University’s Honours Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering provides intensive technical training in software design architecture, algorithms, operating systems, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Students engage in intensive coding laboratories, software testing, and collaborative software development lifecycle exercises.
The curriculum blends foundational engineering mathematics with modern software engineering methodologies and cloud computing principles. Entry Requirements
- OSSD with 6 Grade 12 U/M courses
- Grade 12 Academic English (ENG4U, minimum 70%)
- Grade 12 Advanced Functions and Calculus & Vectors (min 70% each)
- Grade 12 Chemistry and Physics (min 70% each)
- IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) or TOEFL iBT 83
