Entry Requirements

• 90+ undergraduate semester hours at an accredited US college required.
• MCAT required (511+ target); TOEFL iBT for foreign degrees.
• 3 Credit Hours Calculus/Stats; Bio (14 Credit Hours), Gen Chem (8 Credit Hours), Org Chem (8 Credit Hours), Physics (8 Credit Hours).
• Admission is limited to U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents. Applications are processed through the Texas Medical & Dental Schools Application Service (TMDSAS), which does not process applications from international students requiring F-1 student visa sponsorship.
• Applicants applying through the Texas Medical & Dental Schools Application Service (TMDSAS) should submit either a Pre-Health Committee Letter Packet or three individual Letters of Recommendation (LORs) from faculty members or professionals familiar with the applicant’s academic performance, leadership qualities, and suitability for medical school.
