The Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Program at PCOM Georgia is a 4-year full-time graduate medical degree accredited by COCA. The curriculum combines preclinical sciences, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), primary care preparation, and hospital rotations throughout Georgia.

- Admissions primarily focus on U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents. The institution currently does not maintain an active program for sponsoring F-1 student visas for international medical students.
- Applicants applying through AACOMAS (American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service) should provide either a Committee Evaluation Packet or three Letters of Recommendation (LORs). A recommendation letter from a licensed Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) is strongly recommended because it demonstrates meaningful clinical exposure and understanding of the medical profession.
