- Academics: 10+2 with PCB & English (min 50%–60% aggregate score).
- NEET Qualification: Mandatory NEET-UG qualified scorecard.
- Language & Screening: TSMU online screening / English oral examination.
- Age Limit: Min 17–18 years by Dec 31 of entry year.
- Health: Comprehensive medical fitness report.

- Academics: Class 10 & 12 marksheets & certificates (MEA Apostilled).
- Exams: Qualified NEET-UG scorecard & admit card.
- Identity: Passport (min 18 months validity) & photos.
