About Progress University of Gyumri (Faculty of Medicine)
Progress University of Gyumri – Faculty of Medicine is a pioneer private higher education institution in Armenia, established in 1990. Situated in Gyumri (Shirak Region), it serves as the main private medical hub outside Yerevan.
Its Faculty of Medicine offers a 6-year English-medium MD degree with clinical internships starting in the 3rd year at the Gyumri Medical Center. Licensed by the Ministry of Education of Armenia (License № 005), it is recognized by WHO, ECFMG, FAIMER, and the NMC.

Eligibility Criteria
- Academics: High School / 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (minimum 50% aggregate).
- NEET: Mandatory NEET-UG qualification for Indian medical aspirants.
- Age: Minimum 17 years completed by Dec 31 of entry year.
