About Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, Texas Tech University
Paul L. Foster School of Medicine is the first four-year medical school established along the US.–Mexico border. The school prepares future physicians through an integrated curriculum emphasizing clinical excellence, biomedical sciences, medical research, and culturally competent care.
Students receive extensive training through University Medical Center of El Paso and affiliated healthcare institutions while gaining experience in border health, Hispanic health, public health, and community-based medicine.

Eligibility Criteria
- Academics: 10+2 / High School Diploma with PCB securing minimum 60% aggregate.
- NEET Qualification: Qualified NEET-UG scorecard required for Indian citizens.
- Age Limit: Minimum 17 years of age by December 31 of entry year.
- Language & Testing: IELTS ≥ 7.0 / TOEFL iBT ≥ 90.
- Health & Documentation: Complete health screening, HIV-negative report, & valid passport.
