Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cherokee Nation is the first tribally affiliated medical school campus in the United States. The campus prepares osteopathic physicians through an integrated curriculum emphasizing culturally responsive healthcare, primary care, rural medicine, and service to Native American and underserved communities.
Students receive clinical training through Cherokee Nation Health Services and affiliated healthcare partners while developing expertise in evidence-based medicine, preventive care, and community health.

Eligibility Criteria
- Academics: 10+2 / High School Diploma with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) securing a minimum 50% aggregate.
- NEET Qualification: Qualified NEET-UG scorecard mandatory for Indian national applicants.
- Age Limit: Minimum 17 years of age on or before December 31 of enrollment year.
- Language & Testing: Valid English proficiency certificate (IELTS ≥ 6.5 / TOEFL iBT ≥ 80).
- Health & Documentation: General medical fitness clearance certificate and HIV-negative report.
