About College of Medical Sciences
College of Medical Sciences (COMS) is a pioneer private medical college established in 1993 (reorganized in 1995) in Bharatpur, Chitwan District, Nepal. Affiliated with Kathmandu University, COMS was established through an international collaborative initiative to enhance medical education and regional healthcare infrastructure.
The college operates a massive 1,050-bed super-specialty teaching hospital offering comprehensive tertiary care services across Central Nepal. COMS provides accredited MBBS, BDS, MD/MS, and DM/MCh super-specialty training, and is listed and recognized by the Nepal Medical Council (NMC), WHO, WDOMS, ECFMG, NMC India, and GMC (UK).

- Affiliation:Kathmandu University (KU)
- Academic Requirement:10+2 / Higher Secondary with ≥50% aggregate in PCB (or CGPA ≥2.4)
- Core Subjects:Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English
- Age Limit:Minimum 17 years by Dec 31 of admission year
- Qualifying Exam:MECEE-BL (50th percentile) or qualified NEET-UG score
