- Academics: 10+2 with PCB & English (min 50% aggregate; 40% reserved).
- NEET Qualification: Qualified NEET-UG scorecard required.
- Language & Screening: Online video interview by university admissions committee.
- Age Limit: Min 17 years by Dec 31 of admission year.
- Health: Medical fitness check & HIV-negative certificate.

- Academics: Class 10 & 12 marksheets & certificates (Apostilled).
- Exams: NEET-UG scorecard.
