The Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Program at TouroCOM Great Falls is a 4-year full-time graduate medical degree accredited by COCA. The curriculum combines pre-clinical biomedical sciences, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), primary care emphasis, and rural Montana clerkships.
