Entry Requirements

  • Bio (8 Credit Hours), Gen Chem (8 Credit Hours), Org Chem (8 Credit Hours), Physics (8 Credit Hours), English (6 Credit Hours).
  • The medical school primarily admits U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents. Preference is given to applicants who align with the institution’s mission of serving rural Montana communities. International applicants requiring F-1 visas are not eligible.
  • Applicants applying through AACOMAS (American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service) should submit either a Committee Evaluation Packet or three Letters of Recommendation (LORs). At least one recommendation letter from a licensed physician (Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)) is required.
