Course Overview
The MBBS programme delivers a modern medical curriculum focused on widening access, integrated healthcare and regional clinical training. Students receive early patient exposure, simulation-based education and placements across hospitals in Northern Ireland.
The programme develops strong clinical, communication and leadership skills. Graduates are prepared for Foundation Training and future specialist practice.
Entry Requirements
- Indian Standard XII qualifications are assessed individually against the University’s official international entry requirements. Applicants must meet the academic standard equivalent to the published MBBS Medicine entry requirements, including the required science subjects.
- Entrance Exam: GAMSAT score required + Qualified NEET-UG scorecard required for Indian citizens for NMC eligibility.
- Language & Interview: IELTS 7.5 overall (min 7.0 in each component) + Selection MMI interview.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years of age at course start.
- Health & Clearance: Health check screening, Access NI / DBS check, valid passport, and academic transcripts.
