Course Overview
The BMBS programme offers a spiral curriculum where students revisit medical concepts with increasing clinical complexity throughout the course. Early patient interaction, anatomy dissection and simulation-based learning develop practical competencies.
Extensive NHS placements expose students to primary, secondary and specialist healthcare settings. Graduates are prepared for Foundation Programme training and lifelong professional development.
Entry Requirements
- Indian Standard XII (CBSE/CISCE): Minimum 90% overall, including 90% in Chemistry and Biology, equivalent to the published Medicine academic requirements.
- Entrance Exam: University Clinical Aptitude Test ( UCAT )score required + Qualified NEET-UG scorecard required for Indian students as per NMC.
- Language & Interview: IELTS 7.5 overall (min 7.0 in each section) + MMI assessment.
- Age Limit: Must be 18 years old by 1st October of admission year.
- Health & Clearance: Health declaration check, Enhanced DBS clearance, valid passport, and academic transcripts.
