The Doctor of Medicine (MD) Programme at the Medical University of Warsaw is a 6-year full-time English-taught medical degree designed according to European Union medical education standards. The curriculum integrates pre-clinical sciences, laboratory training, simulation-based education, early patient exposure, clinical rotations in affiliated teaching hospitals, scientific research opportunities, and elective placements.
Graduates receive the title of Medical Doctor (Lekarz), which is recognized in Poland and complies with EU Directive 2005/36/EC regarding professional qualifications, subject to national licensing requirements.
