Course Overview
Conestoga College’s Graduate Certificate in Project Management prepares post-secondary graduates to lead complex technical and commercial projects using the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK framework. Students master project scope planning, cost budgeting, schedule management, quality assurance, and risk mitigation strategies.
The curriculum incorporates agile project methodologies, project management software suites, and cross-functional leadership development. Applied industry projects enable students to manage live project lifecycles from initiation to closeout. Graduates are equipped for project coordination and management roles across technology, construction, and corporate sectors.
Entry Requirements
- Completed two- or three-year diploma or undergraduate degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum cumulative academic average in prior higher education studies
- Proof of English Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) or TOEFL iBT 88
