Course Overview
The LLM International Business and Commercial Law provides advanced knowledge of international trade, commercial contracts, arbitration, corporate governance, competition law, and cross-border transactions.
Students analyse complex legal issues affecting multinational organizations through research-led teaching and practical case studies while developing specialist legal and commercial expertise. Graduates are well prepared for careers with international law firms, multinational corporations, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and global consultancy firms.
Entry Requirements
- Academic Records: Recognized bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent legal qualification from an accredited institution.
- English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in each component), TOEFL iBT 88, PTE Academic 61, or equivalent.
- Academic Background: Legal education is required; knowledge of commercial or international law is advantageous.
