Course Overview
The LLM Business Law provides advanced knowledge of legal principles affecting commercial organizations and international business activities. Students study corporate governance, commercial transactions, competition law, financial regulation, intellectual property, contract law, and international business regulation through advanced legal research and case studies.
The programme develops expertise in analysing complex commercial legal issues and advising organizations in competitive markets. Students strengthen legal research, negotiation, and strategic advisory skills. Graduates are prepared for careers in corporate law, commercial consultancy, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and international businesses.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or law-heavy degree (minimum 60% or 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Business law domain check and legal academic transcript review.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
